【摘要】 目的:通过成立护理论文撰写指导小组,提高护理论文发表的数量和质量。方法:本着合理搭配形成梯队的原则,选择具有护理研究的理论与方法及实践经验、一定的英语阅读能力和写作能力、中级以上职称、曾在国内统计源期刊上发表论文2篇以上或获省级以上优秀论文奖励等条件的护士长为小组成员,负责全院护理人员的护理论文撰写指导工作。结果:2007年发表论文数量和质量明显高于2006年及2005年,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:成立护理论文撰写指导小组,可提高护理人员的撰写水平及其护理论文发表的数量和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In this study, nursing paper tutor team was established so as to improve the quantity and quality of nursing paper. Methods: The head nurses who had nursing research theory and practice experience, English reading and writing ability, titles higher than senior charge nurses, more than 2 pieces of paper published, were selected to be in the team to direct the nurses’ paper. Results: The quantity and quality of the paper in 2007 were higher than that in 2006 and 2005, which showed a statistic and significant difference(P<0.01).
