【Abstract】 Tourism real estate is a form of business that is combined from tourism industry and real estate.Based on the developmental process of tourism real estate in Shenzhen,taking Guanlanhaoyuan in Shenzhen as an example,the paper analyzes the feasible and restrictive factors of tourism real estate development in Shenzhen.Then it tries to explain the macrocosmic and microcosmic factors of tourism real estate progress in Shenzhen.Moreover,the paper summarizes some existing problems of tourism real estate headway in Shenzhen.Finally,the perspective for tourism real estate in Shenzhen is discussed.更多还原
