煤矸石工业燃料的燃烧产物及其燃烧反应
Coal Gangue Fuel Burning Reaction and Production
【摘要】 利用红外光谱和X射线衍射对华北某热电厂高岭石型煤矸石工业燃料炉渣样品的化学成分和矿物组成进行了实验分析,用SiO2-A l2O3相图研究了高岭石型煤矸石燃料的燃烧反应以及炉渣在冷却过程中发生的变化及其反应产物。高岭石型煤矸石工业燃料炉渣的主要化学成分:w(SiO2)48.70%,w(A l2O3)40.37%,w(CaO)2.92%,全铁3.32%;燃烧产物有莫来石、SiO2和A l2O3玻璃体,有时含有一定的α-石英。
【Abstract】 Study on the burning reaction and production of coal gangue fuel is to improve the burning efficiency of coal gangue fuel and to find the way to reuse its slag.Coal gangue fuel slag is analysed in one Huabei thermo-eletric plant by infrared spectrum(IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).According to the experiment and the phase diagram for the system SiO2-Al2O3,it is found that kaolinite changes to SiO2 glass and Al2O3 glass after burning in fluidized-bed combustion.SiO2 glass and Al2O3 glass will react and form mullite in cooling process.Chemical compositions of the slag are as follouring:w(SiO2) 48.70%;w(Al2O3) 40.37%;w(CaO) 2.92%;total iron 3.32%.The main productions of coal gangue fuel are mullite,SiO2 glass and Al2O3 glass,and sometimes α-quartz.
