相变材料在沥青混凝土路面中的应用前景分析

【摘要】 相变材料虽在不同领域已得到广泛应用,但在公路交通领域尚处于探索研究阶段。相变材料具有相变潜热特性,应用于主动调控沥青混凝土路面与混合料的使用温度是可行的,可以减轻沥青混凝土路面与温度相关的病害,提高沥青混凝土路面的使用性能,延长沥青混凝土路面使用寿命。同时,可以减轻沥青混凝土路面的结霜结冰,提高抗滑性能和行车安全性,且减少道路融雪剂的使用,减轻融雪剂的危害,有利于环境保护,具有广阔的应用前景。为了实现相变材料在沥青混凝土路面中的应用,应该重点开展沥青混合料用相变材料的研发,掺相变材料的沥青混合料的调温效果与机理、路用性能、配合比设计方法与施工技术等方面的研究。

【Abstract】 Application of the phase change materials in highway traffic domain is still in the exploration research stage,although the phase change materials have been widely used in others areas.On the basis of the characteristics of latent heat,applying the phase change materials to regulate and control temperature of asphalt concrete pavement and mixture is feasible.Using of the phase change materials can lighten the asphalt mixture pavement diseases related of temperature,can enhance the performance of asphalt concrete pavement,and prolong the service life of asphalt concrete pavement.At the same time,using of the phase change materials also may lighten the frost of asphalt concrete pavement,enhance the anti-slippery performance and driving security,reduce the use of road thaw medicinal,is in favor of the environmental protection,and be provided with capacious application foreground.In order to realize the application of phase change materials in asphalt concrete pavement,exploration of the phase change materials for asphalt mixture,mechanism of controlling temperature,road performance and mixture design method of asphalt mixture,and construction technique should be studied.
