基于正交灰关联分析的改性沥青性能影响因素分析

【摘要】 针对SBS改性沥青改性效果多评价指标、多影响因素等特点,运用正交设计并结合灰关联分析法对可比方案通过综合评价选出最优方案。借助灰关联分析,计算各指标在评价改性效果中所占的比例,应用正交试验对各影响因素进行分析,综合评价改性沥青的改性效果。试验结果表明:正交试验与灰关联分析相结合能给出各指标影响权重大小、因素主次顺序及最优方案,为综合评价改性沥青技术性能提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 When comprehensively evaluating SBS modified asphalt performance,the evaluation system has the charateristics of multiple evaluation indices and multiple influence factors.According to those features,the orthogonal design and grey relational analysis method are applied to the evaluation system to select the most superior sheme from the comparable plans.The contribution on modified effect of every evaluation index is calculated with grey relational analysis method and influence factors of modified effect are analyzed by means of orthogonal test.The results show that the weight size of every evaluation index,the principal-secondary sequence of factors and the optimum trial condition can be given by means of grey relation analysis combined with orthogonal test.
