微黏结二灰稳定级配碎石混合料试验研究

【摘要】 从半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面和级配碎石柔性基层路面的优缺点入手,在级配碎石中添加少量的黏结料,考察了不同级配类型的二灰稳定碎石混合料性能,分别采用压实性能、强度和塑性变形、渗透性能进行了评价。研究表明,掺加二灰后级配碎石混合料的性能显著提高,特别是二灰的填充系数为0.9,预留12%的空隙率的混合料,能提高纯级配碎石的模量、级配碎石的施工和易性、使基层具有良好的排水性能、减少路面反射裂缝。

【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages of the semi-rigid asphalt concrete pavement and soft graded gravel pavement are analyzed.Bonding materials are added into graded gravel.Performances of diffe-rent proportions of micro-bonded graded gravel mixture are investigated,in which compaction properties,strength,plastic deformation,and permeability are considered.The results show that the performances of graded gravel mixture are improved significantly after being treated with cement and lime,especially when fill factor is 0.9 and porosity is 12%.The resilient modulus,construction workability,and drainage properties are improved,while the reflective surface cracks are reduced.
