一种反射式强度调制型光纤传感器的设计与实现
DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF A REFLECTIVE INTENSITY MODULATION OPTICAL FIBER SENSOR
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种结构简单、易于实现的反射式强度调制型光纤传感器.它是根据光纤端面与被测物体之间所构成的反射接收关系制作而成的.文中给出了平面反射式强度调制型光纤传感器所依据的理论公式,采用L-M非线性拟合算法,使用制作的传感器采集数据并对光纤传感器各参量进行了标定.目前用这种方法制作的光纤传感器已经成功应用于教学实验.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a reflective intensity modulation optical fiber sensor with simple structure and easy design has been introduced.Principle of the sensor is based on reflective relationship between fiber end and reflecting surface.Theoretical formula of the principle of the sensor based on L-M nonlinear fitting has been given.This sensor has been realized and calibrated in laboratory and has been applied in teaching experiments successfully.
