【Abstract】 TaiYi as the deity commemorated in the ritual existed in Pre-Qin Dynasty and was upgraded to the most distinguished deity during the period of Han Wudi. There are three reasons for this change: The first was the requirement to unify politics; The second was the governor’s pursuing to live forever; The third was the advocacy of the necromancer and the influence of the culture and psychology of Chu . Through the research to the rise and decline of the ritual to TaiYi, this article would show that there was not a systematic theology to guide the religion activities in Han Dynasty.更多还原
