【摘要】 目的:研究用24G留置针导管作支撑物在泪小管断裂吻合术中应用的效果分析。方法:对23例下泪小管断裂患者行泪小管吻合术中用24G留置针导管作支撑物,术后随访1～3mo。结果:23例中18例无溢泪,泪道通畅,2例泪点外翻,冲洗泪道通畅,3例泪点外翻溢泪,冲洗泪道欠通畅。结论:24G留置针导管在泪小管断裂吻合术中作支撑物,易于操作,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 ·AIM:To study the effect of 24G retention needle as supporting material in anastomosis of lacrimal ductule rupture.·METHODS:Twenty-three patients with inferior lacrimal duct rupture underwent nasolacrimal anastomosis with 24G retention needle as supporting material,and were followed up for 1-3 months.·RESULTS:Lacrimation didn’t occur in 18 of 23 patients,and their lacrimal passages were unobstructed;eversion of lacrimal punctum occurred in 2 cases whose lacrimal passages were unobstructed;eversion of lacrimal punctum and epiphora occurred in 3 cases whose lacrimal passages were insufficiently unobstructed.·CONCLUSION:24G retention needle as supporting material in anastomosis of lacrimal ductule rupture is easy to operate and has remarkable effect.·更多还原
