颈源性眼痛及其治疗

【摘要】 目的:通过颈神经局部阻滞加颈椎定点旋转复位法治疗颈源性眼痛的临床疗效,对颈椎病引起眼痛这一病因加以探讨。方法:选择2004-04/2008-12的单侧性颈源性眼痛患者45例,经检查排除眼科及神经系统疾患后,先行颈椎定点旋转复位法解除小关节的功能紊乱,再选择中药盐酸青藤碱为主的联合用药进行定点神经阻滞治疗。结果:治疗1~3次症状即缓解39例(87%),3次以上缓解的5例(11%),无效1例(2%)。结论:对于眼胀、眼球痛、眼眶痛、牵拉痛、刺痛等症状的患者,在常规眼科治疗无明显效果时,应考虑颈源性的原因,以免误诊。

【Abstract】 AIM:Clinical efficacy treat on cervical ophthalmolgia through Cervical nerve block through the local fixed-point increase in cervical rotation reduction, we discuss why cervical disease causes ophthalmolgia. ·METHODS: We adopt 45 patients with single-side cervical ophthalmolgia. during April 2004 to December 2008. By examining, we dispel the disease of ophthalmology and nervous system. Then, the cervical point-rotating reposition method is adopted to rid the Dysfunction of small joints. Following that, we use the combinative drug dose, led by sinomenine hydrochloride, a Chinese medicine, to treat the nerve block. ·RESULTS: After one to three times of treatment, there are 39 persons whose symptom is relieved, accounting for 87%. Five persons, 11% of total, do not obtain the relief until more than three times of treatment are given. There is no effect on one person, in a percentage of 2%. ·CONCLUSION: The patients with eye bulging, eyeball pain, orbit pain, dragging pain, sting and other symptoms, it is advised to consider the cervical reason if the normal ophthalmology treatment does not work, so as not to make the wrong diagnosis.
