【摘要】 高压氧治疗是许多急慢性疾病的首选或辅助治疗方法。已有大量证据表明,高压氧治疗对视网膜静脉阻塞及黄斑囊样水肿、缺血性视神经病变、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、翼状胬肉手术后巩膜溶解坏死等眼病安全有效。而对另外一些眼部疾病,也初步显示了其潜在治疗作用。但是,高压氧治疗也有一些全身及眼部副作用,而对于高压氧治疗的确切疗效以及新适应证的筛查也仍待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a primary or adjuvant therapeutic method for various acute or chronic diseases. There are substantial evidences showing its safety and efficacy in many eye diseases such as retinal vein occlusion, cystoid macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion, ischemic optic neuropathy, central serous chorioretinopathy, scleral necrosis after pterygium surgery, etc. Its potential to treat some other disease has also been pointed out in recent studies. However, hyperbaric oxygen therapy also has some general and ophthalmic side effects, and well-designed trials for its efficacy and new indications are necessary in the future.更多还原
