【摘要】 目的:探讨前部完全包裹式羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼台植入术的效果。方法:对52例患者施行前部完全包裹式羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术,术后观察外观、义眼台活动度情况及并发症的出现情况。结果:术后随访6~24mo。52例HA义眼台居中,眼窝凹陷消失,义眼与健眼对称,外观满意。HA义眼台活动度优者42例(81%),良者10例(19%)。无HA义眼台脱出。出现结膜切口裂开5例(10%),结膜肉芽肿1例(2%),结膜囊狭窄1例(2%)。结论:HA义眼台植入术加强了义眼台的前部包裹物,降低了结膜切口裂开及义眼台暴露的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the effect of hydroxyapatite(HA)orbit implant-wrapped completely in its anterior hemisphere.METHODS:Fifty-two cases underwent HA orbit implantation.The anterior hemispheres of the implants were wrapped completely.The cosmesis,ocular movement and the complications were observed postoperatively.RESULTS:The follow up was 6-24 months.The cosmetic results and ocular movement were satisfactory.No patients had extrusion of the implant.Five patients(10%)developed conjunctival wound dehiscence.One patient(2%)developed a conjunctival granuloma.In one patient(2%),there was shallowing of the inferior fornix.CONCLUSION:The new type of hydroxyapatite orbit implantation strengthens the wrapping of the anterior hemisphere of the implantation.It reduces the morbidity of the conjunctival dehiscence and implant exposure.更多还原
