【Abstract】 In the post-Cold War era,NATO initiated its reform for a longer life and further development. However,some things from the old days are still present in its guidelines for reform and its actions,which are lack of fresh ideas.This would make it difficult to fulfill the transformation that NATO has expected.In brief,NATO’s international status is somehow decreasing,and its future is still uncertain.更多还原
