【摘要】 〔目的〕探讨中国人群中用多种疫苗不同部位同时接种的安全性,为其进一步推广提供科学依据。〔方法〕对1999年1月—2006年9月到广东国际旅行卫生保健中心接受预防接种的赴美移民登记资料及2004年1月—2006年9月报告不良反应资料进行整理和统计分析。〔结果〕1999年1月—2006年9月,共有129903名赴美移民到中心接种各类疫苗436367针次,期间未出现1例严重异常反应。2004年1月—2006年9月,通过24h专线电话或现场报告共有80人发生不良反应,报告率为1.29‰,按接种针次计算为0.38‰。报告的不良反应以一般反应为主,占83.75%;0～6岁儿童不良反应报告率最高,为5.48‰。〔结论〕在中国各年龄段人群中同时进行多种疫苗(包括国产和进口)接种是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety of simultaneous inoculation to Chinese people.Method A retrospective study was conducted on the basis of the analysis of the registered information of American immigrants who were vaccinated in our center from Jan.1999 to Sep.2006 and the collected data of adverse reactions after vaccination during Jan.2004～Sep.2006.Result 129 903 American immigrants were vaccinated in our center and a total of 436 367 vaccination doses were given during Jan.1999～Sep.2006,however,no a severe abnormal reactions have been reported.During Jan.2004～Sep.2006 there were cases of adverse reactions after vaccination by phones or other ways.The reporting rate was 1.29‰(0.38‰ if calculated with per doses).The reporting adverse reactions were general reactions mainly,accounting for 83.75%.Conclusion Simultaneous inoculation is safe and feasible to Chinese people.更多还原
