高导电特种粉体材料及导电涂料研究

【摘要】 采用快速凝固雾化技术制备Cu-Ag(质量分数为10%~30%)系列超细铜银合金粉末,再结合化学镀的方法制备了Ag/Cu-Ag包覆粉末。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及电阻测量等方法对粉末及涂料性能进行表征,检测了涂料的表面电阻、电阻率等。结果表明:银包覆超细铜银合金粉末为球形和近球形、表面致密、镀银层均匀,制作的导电涂料表现出优异的导电性能;并且随着银质量分数的增加,涂料的表面电阻和电阻率减小,趋近于纯银涂料。银包覆超细铜银合金粉末既克服了铜粉易氧化的缺陷,又解决了银粉价格高等问题。还对导电涂料的导电机理、影响因素及应用领域进行了分析和说明。

【Abstract】 The super-fine Cu-Ag(10wt%~30wt%)alloys powders were prepared by the rapid solidification atomization technology,and Ag/Cu-Ag composite powders were successfully made by chemical plating.The surface resistance and resistivity of coatings were measured.According to scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and resistance measurement,the properties of special powders and coatings have been characterized.The results show that the morphology of Cu-Ag powders coated by silver is spherical and nearly spherical,the surface of coating is dense,silver coating spreads homogeneously,the coatings show excellent conductive property.With silver content increasing,the surface resistance and resistivity of the coatings decrease,and are near to silver.Super-fine Ag/Cu-Ag alloy powders overcome the defect of oxidation and also save the cost of Ag powders.On these bases,the conductive mechanism,the influencing factors and application of conductive coating are theoretically analyzed and explained.
