【摘要】 从Cis-[Pt(NH3)2(H2O)2](NO3)2与1,1-环丁烷二羧酸钠的化学反应中,分离出一种新的Pt(Ⅱ)配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱,质谱和高效液相色谱的分析测试,初步推测结构为顺式-四氨-μ-二(1,1-环丁烷二羧酸根-O1,O2)合二铂的新化学结构式。

【Abstract】 Besides carboplatin,a novel insoluble Pt(Ⅱ)complex was obtained by the chemical reaction between cis-[Pt(NH 3)2(H 2O)2](NO 3)2 and sodium 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate with a yield of ca.3.6% based on platinum.Its chemical structure was studied by elemental analysis,IR,MS-FAB + and HPLC.The results suggested that the complex possess a novel structure of cis-tetraammine-μ-di(1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate-O 1,O 2)diplatinum(Ⅱ).
