一种新的全双工光纤无线通信系统
A novel full-duplex radio-over-fiber system
【摘要】 实验研究了一种新的提供全双工服务的光纤无线通信系统,该系统在中心站采用相位调制器和光纤布拉格光栅产生光毫米波,并同时将未调制信息的光载波与光毫米波一起发送到基站;通过光环行器和光纤布拉格光栅将基站中下行链路的光载波分离出来作为上行链路的光载波。上行和下行链路的眼图的测试结果表明,该系统在长距离传输中具有较好的性能。
【Abstract】 A novel full-duplex radio-over-fiber (ROF) system was proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The system generates the optical millimeter wave using a phase modulator and a fiber Bragg grating at central station, and simultaneously, transmits the un-modulated optical carrier and the generated optical millimeter to the base station, at which the unmodulated optical carrier separated by the circulator and the fiber Bragg grating can be used for the uplink. The results of the experiment on the eye diagrams of the uplink and the downlink show that the proposed system has good performance in long-distance transmission.
