成形车削辊子横截面形状误差的模拟分析

【摘要】 建立了成形车削辊子外圆时横截面形状误差分析的数学模型,导出横截面形状误差与工艺系统参数的定性关系,并绘制出了它们之间的关系曲线。

【Abstract】 Mathematical model is founded in the field of error simulation analysis to section shape when form turning rollers is happening.Then derives the lateral section shape error and the craft system parameters qualitative relations,and drew up the relational curve between them.
