一种位移传感器空间细分的新方法
A New Method for Space Subdivisionin Displacement Sensor
【摘要】 通过在光敏元件输出的电信号与其空间位移之间建立一一对应关系,提出了一种利用高分辨率A/D转换器细分空间位移的新方法,进一步拓宽了栅式位移传感器的研究思路。
【Abstract】 Through establishingthe corresponding relation between the space displacement and the electrical signal emitted fromlight sensor ,a new method of space displacement subdivision with a high-resolution A/Dconverter is proposed·It extends the ideas inthe research of gratingtype displacement sensor·
