【摘要】 在自动化生产中,切削力既是优化刀具几何参数,制定合理切削用量的依据,又是检测机床工作状态的重要参数。对车削加工过程中的切削力进行仿真具有重要的理论研究与实际应用价值。为此,基于C++ Builder软件仿真了工件的实际加工过程,并对切削力进行了动态仿真。为数控车削中切削力仿真的进一步研究提供了理论指导及重要的前提条件。

【Abstract】 In automatic production,cutting force is both parameters of cutting optimization,accordance of making accurate cutting pace and important parameters of detecting machine tool working statement.So the simulation of cutting force during turning process has important value both in theory studying and actual manufacturing.To do this,the actual working process of workpiece is simulated and dynamic is simulated the cutting force based on C++ builder software.Which provide direction in theory and important precondiction for the advance study on simulation of cutting force simulation in NC cutting.
