金属切削加工过程的有限元模拟
FEM Simulation of Metal Cutting Process
【摘要】 切削加工是一种重要的金属制造工艺,其中切屑成形是一种典型的大变形问题,它涉及到材料非线性、几何非线性以及状态非线性问题。基于材料变形的弹塑性理论,建立了材料的应变硬化模型。采用有限元仿真技术,对所建立的模型进行了有限元分析,得到了剪切角,并分析了切削深度和刀具前角对残余应力的影响,从而指导加工中工艺参数的选择,提高零件的加工质量。
【Abstract】 Cutting is an important metal manufacturing process.Forming chip is a typical large deformation,which involves material non-linear,geometry non-linear and the state nonlinear problems.Based on the elastic-plastic material deformation theory,this theme established a strain hardening model.Using finite element simulation technology,the established model analyzed by the finite element method,obtain the shear angle,and analyze the impact of remnants stress to depth of the cutting tool and the rake angle.Guide the choice of technical parameters to improve the quality of parts processing.
