用锰铜电阻法标定基于国产铰链式六面顶压机的二级6-8型大腔体高压装置的压力
Pressure Calibration for Two-stage Large-volume Multianvil Press Based on Cubic Press by Resistance Measurement of Manganin
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型二级6-8型大腔体静高压装置。此装置基于国产DS6×800吨铰链式六面顶压机,在六面体压腔中直接放入10/4(八面体传压介质边长/立方块切角边长)类型二级6-8型增压装置产生压力。本实验采用锰铜丝电阻标压法,并结合利用Bi Ⅰ-Ⅱ 2.55GPa,Ba Ⅰ-Ⅱ 5.5GPa,Bi Ⅲ-Ⅳ7.7 GPa,Ge半导体—金属11.5GPa,Si半导体-金属12GPa相变点标压法对腔体压力进行标定。实验结果发现,在负载压力达到400吨时,腔体的压力可以达到21GPa,样品尺寸可以达到2mm3。
【Abstract】 A new two stage 6-8 type large-volume multianvil high pressure apparatus was reported in the paper.This system is directly placed in the hinge type cubic press,and the 10/4(octahedral edge-length/anvil truncation edge-length,in millimeter) type two stage pressure apparatus is used.We apply the manganin resistance messurement method to calibrate the relationship between oil pressure and practical pressure in the cell,simultaneously using the phase transitions of Bi I-II 2.55GPa,Ba I-II 5.5GPa,Bi III-Ⅳ 7.7 GPa,Ge semiconductor-metal 11.5GPa,Si semiconductor-metal 12GPa.The result shows that the practical pressure in the cell can reach to 21GPa with the corresponding oil pressure 400 tons.
