【摘要】 早已为世界各国广泛采用的缓刑,在我国当前却呈现出适用不当的态势。这不仅与制度层面的立法规定有关,而且与司法实践中的诸多现实因素相联。在现有框架下,公安机关应做好人身危险性评价的调查,建立案件的追踪制度,完善执行中的考察,注重运用建议撤销权,以遏制缓刑的不当适用。更多还原
