【Abstract】 The paper puts forward an improved grey relevance method in view of the limitation of traditonal grey relevance method.Focusing on the ship accidents occurred in China,the paper constructs a grey modeling to analyze the factors leading to ship accidents which will be of great significance in avoiding ship accidents and decreasing the damage or loss of property and life thereof.更多还原
