不同水位条件对刚毛柽柳叶绿体超微结构的影响

【摘要】 通过研究塔里木河下游不同水位条件下,刚毛柽柳营养枝和抱茎叶中叶绿体超微结构的变化与其丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的关系。研究表明:当地下水位达到7.68 m时,刚毛柽柳营养枝中叶绿体的数量减少,被膜结构变模糊,基粒片层疏松,淀粉粒数量减少,嗜锇颗粒增加;而抱茎叶在地下水位达到6.68 m时就表现出上述特征。随着地下水位的降低,刚毛柽柳枝叶中MDA含量明显增加,且从7.68 m处开始增加幅度明显大于前期。说明刚毛柽柳营养枝中的叶绿体比抱茎叶中的叶绿体更能耐受干旱胁迫。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between the ultrastructure of chloroplasts and changes in the malondialdehyde content in amplexicaul leaves and green branches of Tamarix hispida growing in areas with different groundwater depths in the lower reaches of the Tarim River.The results revealed that chloroplasts in the green branches of T.hispida were reduced,developed fuzzy membrane envelope structures and loose granum lamellas and underwent a decrease in the concentration of starch particles and an increase in the number of osmiophilic grains when the groundwater level dropped to 7.68 m.However,when the amplexicaul leaves were evaluated,these aforementioned effects did not occur until the groundwater level dropped to 6.68 m.In addition,as the groundwater level decreased,the MDA content in the leaves and branches of T.hispida increased,with the greatest increase being observed when the groundwater level was deeper than 7.68 m.Overall,these findings indicate that the drought-tolerance capability of chloroplasts in green branches of Tamarix Hispida is higher than that of the amplexicaul leaves.
