【摘要】 牧民自我发展能力是指牧民以可持续的方式理解和应对发展需求的能力。本文以甘南牧区为例,对牧民自我发展能力及其与牧民收入的关系进行了定量评价。得出以下结论:(1)甘南牧区牧民缺乏自我发展能力;(2)牧民自我发展能力更多依赖于牧民生产投资因子及非农就业因子,而知识发展因子、生产效率因子、人力资本投资因子对其贡献率较低;(3)牧民自我发展能力与牧民收入的相关度较高。基于上述研究结论,提出了提高牧民自我发展能力的相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a basic route of construction the new pasturing area to promote the herdsman’s self-development capability.The paper elaborates the content of the herdsman’s self-development capability and the main influence factors.The paper,taking Ganan Pasturing Area of Gansu Province,China,as the case study area,makes a thorough and careful study on the problems of the herdsman’s self-development capability,sets up the evaluation index system and evaluates the herdsman’s self-development capability with the SPSS statistic analysis techniques(such as the factor analysis and the regression analysis).Then,the paper analysis the relationship between the herdsman’s self-development capability and the herdsman’s income.The analysis results are as follows:(1) being short of science and knowledge,low of the production skill,lack of resisting ability of the market risk,the employment skill and democracy ability,the herdsman has difficulty in dealing with the development and challenge in the sustainable way at Ganan pasturing area;(2)the herdsman self-development capability can be concluded as six factors that include production investment factor,employment factor,knowledge development factor,production efficiency factor,human capital investment factor;(3) the correlativity between the herdsman’s self-development capability and the herdsman’s income is higher,the correlativity coefficient is 0.830,correlation is significant at the 0.05 level(2-tailed);(4) the relationship between the production investment factor,production efficiency factor and the herdsman’s income is positive correlation,the relationship between employment factor,knowledge development factor,human capital investment factor and the herdsman’s income is negative correlation,the contribution ration to the herdsman’s income is biggest among them.Bases on the conclusions,the paper provides some stategies to promote the herdsman’s self-development that includes increasing the human capital investment,perfecting the technology proliferation,improving education system and founding the pluralistic cultivation models.更多还原
