【摘要】 旅游环境承载力是衡量旅游业是否可持续发展的依据,利用生态足迹模型评价区域旅游环境承载力是从生态经济学角度出发的一种宏观测算方法。通过这种方法已对甘肃省2000-2005年旅游生态足迹及生态承载力进行了计算和分析,结果表明:甘肃省旅游业处于一种生态不协调状态;并且通过实例的分析,探讨了这种方法在评价旅游环境承载力应用中的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism environmental capacity is an assessment indicator for sustainable tourism.Nowadays,there is no uniform calculation model for tourism environmental capacity.Most domestic scholars always calculate the tourism capacity by tourist’s quantity.There is a macroscopic calculation method from the angle of environmental economics that appraises the regional tourism environmental capacity with ecological footprint model.This method joins some indexes of regional tourism to the ecological footprint model,and then calculates.The result could reflect the current situation of the development of regional tourism to a certain extent.With this method,this paper calculates tourism ecological footprint and capacity of Gansu Province during 2000-2005.The result of calculation indicates that: the tourism ecological footprint per capita of Gansu Province is higher than tourism ecological capacity generally during 2000～2005,the highest tourism ecological deficit per capita is 0.223 ghm2.Meanwhile,the result still indicates that the tourism ecological footprint per capita in recent years of Gansu Province keeps obviously rising,the ecology capacity demonstrates the tendency of rising too,but the pace is obviously slower than that of the former,so it has caused the increasing of the tourism ecological deficit year by year.The growth rate of the tourism ecological capacity is slow,which reflects that the relative lagging of tourism development of Gansu Province from the side.It has two ways to reduce the tourism ecological deficit-reducing the ecological footprint and improving the capacity,improving the incongruous state of tourism development finally.By the case study,the article verifies the validity of the method,and reflects the situation of exploitation and utilization of the regional tourism resources to a certain extent,and supports the capacity planning and flux adjustment in tourism planning of Gansu effective.At the same time,it provides an effectual basis to solve the problem of tourism overload,formulates and actualizes correct measures in tourism management.This method can also be applied to regions of different yardstick.It can be used to calculate the tourism status of all the regions in Gansu,it can represent the balance status of the exploitation and utilization of regional tourism directly,and provide a gist to actualize different and pertinent tourism development tactic for every region.But this method still has some defects.It still needs to be consummated in future.The combinational research of ecological footprint and sustainable tourism is during the period of starting,a lot of contents and fields still need more research and discussion.更多还原
