国内外住房保障制度的模式演进与借鉴

【摘要】 伴随着建国以后我国的住房制度主要经历的四个阶段,住房保障制度也经过了福利保障、初具轮廓和逐渐转型的三个阶段,面对新时期经济、社会发展的新趋势和构建和谐社会的新要求,文章分析了我国住房保障制度的演进与现状存在的问题,总结了国外住房保障制度的模式演进特点,提出了对我国住房保障制度改进的路径借鉴意见和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the founding of our country, housing system went through four stages. Housing security system has also gone through three stages, welfare security, preliminary outline and gradual transition. In the face of the new era of economic and social development’s new trends and building harmonious society,this article analyzes the evolution and current problems of housing security system. By summing up the evolution of the model of foreign housing security system, this article puts forward improvement methods and countermeasures for China’s housing security system.更多还原
