【摘要】 随着电子商务的应用,企业供应链管理正在发生着变化。我国电子商务发展以及我国企业发展的独特情况,决定了我国电子商务环境下供应链管理的独有的特点。文章从国内外文献研究着手,阐述了我国电子商务发展和我国企业发展的特点,进而结合传统供应链管理模型提出了在电子商务环境下中小企业供应链管理的模型,并提出了在该模型下,供应链管理应将物流、信息流和资金流分开管理。最后,提出了在该模型下供应链管理的建议与策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the application of e-commerce,enterprise supply chain management is changing.The unique circumstances of China’s e-commerce development and business development made the unique characteristics of supply chain management.First of all,this paper has researched the literature in China and abroad on e-commerce development in order to present the unique characteristics of the development of e-commerce and enterprise in China.Then it combines the traditional supply chain management model to create a new one which is especially suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise in e-commerce environment.It points out that the new model can separate the management of logistics,information flow and capital flow.Finally,it gives some useful suggestions about how to apply this new model to daily supply chain management.更多还原
