【摘要】 依据国际贸易中的比较优势理论,WTO坚持自由贸易原则,认为只要以比较优势为基础进行自由贸易,就可以使本国国民的福利增加,产生"蛋糕增大效应"。但在现实的国际贸易中存在各种各样的限制,形成了贸易规则中的悖论。文章在分析贸易悖论的形成及其表现的基础上,从国家利益、利益集团、强权政治等方面揭示贸易悖论存在的根源,为我们清楚认识WTO规则提供一种批判的视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of comparative advantage,free trade is the basic rule of WTO.It is considererd that the comparative advantage-based free trade can increase the national benefits.However,there are a lot of barriers in the international trade,which form the paradox in trading theory.On the analysis of the causes and performance of trading paradox,the root of the paradox are revealed from national benefits,the groups,power politics so that we can understand more about the rules of WTO.更多还原
