【摘要】 目前我国外汇储备规模巨大,形式单一,中国投资有限责任公司(以下简称中投公司)的成立担负起了外汇储备保值增值的任务。然而,中投公司成立后的几笔海外投资似乎并不理想,除了目前的账面亏损,在一些投资细节,如投资工具灵活运用、投资期限合理选择等方面还存有欠缺,另外,对市场形势的准确把握、战略目的实施方面也有待提高。金融危机已波及全球,这些投资的变数也越来越大。中投公司更应吸取投资经验教训,才能在这场灾难中完成国家赋予的使命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, in the view of hugesize as well as the singleness of China’s foreign exchange reserves, China Investment Co., Ltd.(CIC) contributes to keeping even increasing the value of foreign exchange reserves.However, some overseas investment transactions after the establishment of CIC seem not to be ideal.The details of the investment, such as the flexibility in the use of investment tools, the rationality of investment duration choices and so on, have a few defects besides the heavy loss in the account recently.The judgement of market trend and implementation of strategic purpose also need to be strengthened.When the Financial Crisis crashes the world, the results of CIC’s investment become more and more uncertain.CIC should learn experiences and lessons from the overseas investment so that can perfectly complete the mission given by our country in this disaster.更多还原
