【摘要】 在企业并购后的整合过程中,对并购双方企业的知识进行有效整合,是提高并购企业绩效的重要手段与步骤。本文引入组织学习导向、知识整合能力、核心能力和并购整合绩效等变量,构建企业并购后知识整合的传导机理模型,通过可测、可行的量表具体操作执行,运用问卷、访问等调查收集的相关信息来验证变量之间的关系,对企业并购后知识整合的机理进行研究。研究表明,知识整合能力和组织学习导向与核心能力之间存在显著的相关关系,知识整合能力对企业并购整合绩效有显著的直接正向影响,核心能力对企业并购整合绩效有显著的直接正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective integration of knowledge from merged enterprises is an important means and step to improve M&A performance in the integration process afterwards. Variables such as organizational learning orientation, knowledge integration capacity,core competence and M&A integration performance are employed in the construction of transmission mechanism module for M&A integration, which is based on practical manipulation of measurable,feasible scales and on validation of the relations among variables by means of information gathered from questionnaires and interviews.Studies have shown that there exist remarkable correlation among knowledge integration capability,organizational learning orientation and the core competence, and that knowledge integration capability and core competence have a remarkable, direct and positive impact on M&A performance.更多还原
