【摘要】 高技术企业文化是与高技术的产生和发展紧密联系的一种精神作用机制。高技术企业的技术创新是一个技术能力学习、技术能力运用和技术能力创新的螺旋式的上升过程,最终实现技术自主创新。本文从技术创新演进的视角,分析了高技术企业技术创新演进的主要阶段,并探讨了高技术企业在技术创新演进不同阶段的价值观危机。在此基础上,构建了以内生型文化为主文化,在技术创新演进各阶段分别塑造技术型亚文化、原创型亚文化、前沿型亚文化和愿景型亚文化,形成"一主多元"的高技术企业内生文化模型。最后,运用调查数据实证检验了该模型的合理性,并就该模型的运用提出了相关措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporate culture is a kind of mentation mechanism that keeps in contact with the generation and development of high-tech.The technological innovation of high-tech enterprises is a spiral rising process that consists of study,apply and innovation of technology capability, and brings about technological self-innovation. From the angle of view of the evolution of technological innovation, this paper analyzes the main periods and their values crisis.And then,the paper brings forward the endogenous culture model of high-tech enterprises that composed mainly of endogenous culture, including technology subculture, original innovation subculture, frontier subculture and shared vision subculture.At last,the paper tests the reasonableness of the model and puts forward relevant suggestions.更多还原
