【摘要】 目的了解疾控青年职工的思想状况和需求,为更好地开展青年工作提供依据。方法随机抽取了某市疾病预防控制系统650名青年职工进行问卷调查,了解其对疾病预防控制事业的认同度、对工作压力的认识和适应度以及自我激励能力等。结果目前疾病预防控制系统青年职工对疾病预防控制事业认同度较高,能正确对待和处理工作中的压力,自我激励的主导需求偏好权力。结论要进一步结合青年的特点和需求,强化思想与职业道德教育,寻找有效载体和途径,促进青年岗位建功、岗位成才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand spirit status and demands of modern youth staff in CDC system,and to provide the basis for better developing the youth work.Methods A total of 650 youth of whole city CDC system were randomly selected on the questionnaire survey.Their attitude to the CDC enterprise approval,recognition and adaptability to the pressure,as well as self-encouragement ability were invested.Results Now the youth staff in CDC system throw oneself into CDC enterprise.They can correctly deal with pressure.And leading demand of their self-encouragement ability is by chance authority.Conclusion The ideological and occupational ethics education of the youth should be further strengthened,with their characteristic and demands considered.Effective carrier and methods should be found to promote the youth post accomplishment.更多还原
