【摘要】 目的为促进娱乐场所女性性服务人员安全套使用率,降低艾滋病(AIDS)/性病(STD)感染风险。方法通过建立营造支持环境、提供安全套获取途径、开展同伴教育及专业人员外展服务等综合干预模式对目标人群实施行为干预。结果AIDS综合干预模式的应用能有效提高目标人群艾滋病(AIDS)知识知晓率和安全套的使用比例。结果AIDS综合干预模式需要形成长效工作机制,以有效控制AIDS/STD的流行与蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase the percentage of condom usage and reduce infection risk of AIDS/STD among female sex workers in entertain-ment settings.Methods Some comprehensive intervention methods,for example building support environment,providing convenience way of con-dom acquisition,developing peer education and extending service,were used among target people.Results The percentage of AIDS knowledge and the percentage of condom-usage in target people rose obviously by using comprehensive intervention measures.Conclusion AIDS comprehensive intervention pattern should be developed for a long time,AIDS/STD transmission can be controlled effectively.更多还原
