【Abstract】 In order to improve classroom teaching effect,teachers with high synthetic quality can not be absent.In this paper some effective ways and methods were put forward to improve classroom teaching effect after many factors and aspects about classroom teaching were deeply analyzed,such as preparing for lessons,teaching methods,teaching ways,teaching art,and so on.At the end,it was emphasized in the paper that the working spirit,academic level and synthetic quality of teachers are very important for improving classroom teaching effect of specialized courses.更多还原
