共混型高分子梯度材料的研究进展

【摘要】 共混型高分子梯度材料具有综合性能好、制备更简便等优点,近年来备受研究者的关注。本文综述了近十年来共混型高分子梯度材料的研究进展。介绍了在溶液体系、熔融体系、乳液体系中通过共混方法构筑高分子梯度材料的制备方法,如溶解扩散法、电场诱导法、温度梯度法等。对在不同共混体系中预测聚合物组分的分散相或组成形成梯度变化的相关理论进行了评述,分析了影响梯度相结构形成的各种因素,并进一步分析了共混型高分子梯度材料的发展方向和研究重点。

【Abstract】 Gradient polymer blend material recently received much concern, because of its advantages, such as good combination properties and simple preparation. The research progress of gradient polymer blend material in the past decade is summarized in this paper. Methods of preparing gradient polymer blend material respectively in solution, melting and latex blend systems are introduced in detail, such as dissolution-diffusion method, electric induction method, temperature gradient method. Related theories of predicting how the dispersed phase or polymer compositions form gradient morphology in different blend systems are introduced, and the influencing factors of forming gradient structure are discussed. The development trend and main research topics of gradient polymer blend material in the future are also suggested.
