碳酸钙级配填充引起尼龙66剪切黏度降低的机理分析
Theory of Viscosity Decrease of PA66 Filled with CaCO3 by Different Size and Size Distribution
【摘要】 将粒径分别为600 mesh和2500 mesh的CaCO3粒子按照一定比例进行混合级配,并以30%(质量分数,下同)的比例填充尼龙66。在不同温度、不同转子转速下用哈克流变仪测试其扭矩。结果表明,合理的粒径级配可以有效地降低尼龙66填充复合体系的扭矩。通过对上述复合材料流动活化能和活化熵的研究结果表明,合理级配样品的流动活化熵和流动活化能均有所上升,并由此对合理级配引起聚合物复合材料体系黏度降低的作用机理进行了合理解释。
【Abstract】 Different sizes of calcium carbonates were blended according to different proportion and filled into nylon66 in 30%.The torque of composites of different temperature and rotate speed was tested by Haake torque rheometer,The results show that rational size and size distribution can decrease the torque of calcium carbonate filled nylon66 composites effectively.According to effective size gradation of filler,flow activation entropy increases by and that flow activation energy increases at the same time managed by Arrhenius formulae.All the data above give a further explanation to that flow activation entropy decrease is made by effective stacking of filler with different size and size distribution.
