联苯型液晶聚氨酯增韧改性环氧树脂的制备与性能
Synthesis and Properties of Biphenyl Type Liquid Crystalline Polyurethane Toughening Epoxy Resin
【摘要】 合成了联苯型液晶聚氨酯(LCPU),并以其为增韧剂对环氧树脂(EP)进行增韧改性,研究了LCPU含量对LCPU/EP复合材料力学性能的影响。利用X射线衍射、动态粘弹谱仪、扫描电镜等手段对LCPU/EP复合材料的动态热力学性能及断裂面的微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明,LCPU的加入可使LCPU/EP复合材料的冲击强度提高2倍~3倍,弯曲强度增加了40%~60%,材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及储能模量(E′g)也有很大程度的提高。
【Abstract】 Biphenyl type liquid crystalline polyurethane(LCPU) was synthesized and used as toughening to modify epoxy resin(EP),and the effects of LCPU contents on the mechanical properties of LCPU/EP composites were studied. The fracture surface and the dynamic thermal mechanical properties of LCPU/EP composites were investigated by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns,dynamic mechanical spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the impact strength of LCPU/EP composites is increased to 2~3 times than that of pure epoxy resin,flexural strength is increased by 40%~60%. The glassy transition temperature(Tg) and the storage modulus at glassy state (E’g) of composites are improved too.
