含双键聚硅烷的电化学合成

【摘要】 采用电化学合成法,以三氯甲基硅烷和烯丙基氯为单体合成出含有双键的聚硅烷,通过FT-IR,GPC,1H-NMR表征了其结构。研究了单体配比、单体浓度、电极材料、反应电量、换向时间和电解质浓度对含双键聚硅烷电化学合成的影响。结果表明,三氯甲基硅烷与氯丙烯的比率为3/1,电极为镁电极时,重均分子量和双键保留率达到了最高值,分别为3749和12.6%。增加反应电量、缩短换向时间和降低单体浓度都可以提高产物的分子量和产率。

【Abstract】 Polysilanes with double bonds were synthesized by the electroreduction of trichloromethylsilane and allyl chloride. The polymers were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic(FT-IR),gel permeation in chromatography(GPC),hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR). The effects of monomer ratio,monomer concentration,electrode materials,the electrode’s interval time,the amount of supplied electricity and the concentration of supporting electrolyte on yield,retaining ratio of double bonds,molecular weight were investigated. The results indicate that the w and the retaining ratio of double bonds reaches the maximum value,being 3749 and 12.6%,respectively,when the ideal ratio of MeSiCl3/allyl chloride being 3/1 with Mg electrodes. The molecular weight and yield of products become higher with increasing of passed electricity,shortening of electrode’s interval time,and decreasing of monomer concentrations.
