超支化聚硅碳烷-g-环糊精聚合物刷的制备及药控释放行为
Synthesis of Hyperbranched Polycarbosilane-g-Cyclodextrin Polymer Brushes and Their Controlled Drugs Release Behavior
【摘要】 以带烷基氯的大分子为引发剂,用原子转移聚合法(ATRP)合成了β-环糊精聚合物刷,并对其进行了核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)表征。激光粒度分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计研究了β-环糊精聚合物刷的温度及pH敏感性。选取苯丁酸氮芥(CLB)和氯尼达明(DICA)两种药物进行复合药物控释试验,结果表明,通过环境pH值的改变可有效地控制β-环糊精聚合物刷的控制释放行为。
【Abstract】 Choosing hyperbranched polycarbosilane with-Cl groups as macroinitiator,DMA-co-GMA-EDA-β-CD copolymer was synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),and characterized by the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR and 13C-NMR).Thermo-and pH sensitivities of hyperbranched polycarbosilane-g-cyclodextrin polymer brushes were investigated via particle size analyses,UV spectroscopy.The results indicate that the hyperbranched polymers exhibit marked thermo-and pH-sensitivities.Using chlorambucil(CLB) and dicalondazolic acid(DICA) as double model drugs,the controlled drugs release behavior of the different polymers was studied.The results show that the rate of the drug release can be effectively controlled by pH value.
