PES基复合超细多孔纤维及其形貌初探
Preparation and Morphology of the PES-Based Porous Ultrafine Fibers
【摘要】 选取二甲亚砜(DMSO)作聚醚砜(PES)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合体系的溶剂,采用静电纺丝法制备了PES/PVA复合超细纤维,再用水抽提去除纤维中的PVA组分,成功地获得了PES基多孔超细纤维。运用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征手法观测研究了不同PVA含量时纤维及孔洞的形貌。
【Abstract】 The poly(ether sulfone)(PES) and poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) composite ultrafine fibers were obtained by the technique of electrospinning from the various weight ratios PES/PVA mixture dissolving in the dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).The PVA component was removed by water extraction so that the PES-based porous fibers were manufactured.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) were employed to study the morphologies of the porous fibers,while most notably the atom force microscope(AFM) was explored to gain the surface structure of PES-based porous ultrafine fibers.
