纳米SiC-g-PGMA粒子/环氧树脂的固化动力学

【摘要】 制备了炭化硅/环氧树脂(SiC/EP)和炭化硅接枝聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯/环氧树脂(SiC-g-PGMA/EP)两种纳米复合材料,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了纳米SiC粒子的加入及其表面接枝改性等对环氧树脂体系固化过程的影响。研究结果表明,纳米SiC粒子的加入及其表面接枝PGMA改性可以降低固化体系的理论凝胶温度,使固化反应放热比较平缓,有利于成型加工。同时,由于粒子表面羟基的催化作用及接枝物PGMA中环氧基团的反应活性,对固化反应的进行有明显的促进作用。

【Abstract】 Nano-SiC/epoxy and SiC-g-PGMA/epoxy composites were prepared in this work.The influence of addition of nano-SiC particles and its surface grafted modification on curing reaction of epoxy resin were studied by means of non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Besides,decreasing theoretical gel temperature,the presence of nano-SiC particles and its surface grafted modification result in relatively slowed exothermic reaction,which are favorable for molding processing.Meanwhile,the addition of nano-SiC particles and its surface grafted modification promote curing reaction,which are contributed to the catalytic effect by the hydroxyl groups on nano-SiC particles and the reactivity of epoxide groups on grafted polymer PGMA.
