水性环氧交联丙烯酸树脂乳液的结构及性能表征
The Structure and Properties of Water-Based Epoxy Resin Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion
【摘要】 以过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,聚乙烯醇为保护胶体,采用种子无皂乳液聚合方法制备了丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、α-甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯共聚的丙烯酸树脂乳液;添加钾离子、钙离子等金属阳离子催化了阴离子丙烯酸树脂乳液和水性环氧树脂的交联,形成了空间网状结构;在单晶硅基底上铺展了共聚物超薄膜,用激光纳米粒度及电位仪、流变仪、原子力显微镜表征了粒度、Zeta电位、流变性能和膜的形貌,分析了金属阳离子对丙烯酸树脂乳液交联的影响,发现阳粒子的加入使得粒径、Zeta电位减小,流变性能变化,可以催化共价交联的进行。
【Abstract】 Seed-copolymerization of acrylic emulsion were prepared by butyl acrylate(BA),styrene(St),methacrylate(MAA) and acrylic 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEA),using potassium persulfate(KPS) and sodium bisulfite(NaHSO3) as initiators,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as dispersing agent.Pushing by potassium,calcium and other anti-ion adsorption this anionic acrylic emulsion micelles were changed.Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion crosslinked acrylic emulsion,the electrostatic adsorption fixed space network structure.On the silicon substrate copolymer ultra-thin films was putted.Using Laser nano-size and potential,rheometer,atomic force microscopy,particle size,zeta potential,rheological properties and the morphology of monolayers were characterized.The impact of the anti-ion on acrylic emulsion crosslinking was analyzed.It is found that the addition of anti-particles makes size and zeta potential decrease,rheological properties change,monolayers emerge network structure,can catalytic crosslinking of conduct.
