核磁共振法研究核壳型二氧化硅/聚氨酯纳米复合材料中核与壳的键合方式
Bonding Mode Between the Core and the Shell of the Silicon Dioxide/Polyurethane Nanocomposite by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Method
【摘要】 通过1H-NMR技术研究核壳型SiO2/聚氨酯纳米复合材料中有机相与无机相的反应情况。核磁共振谱图显示,壳材聚氨酯与核材二氧化硅的界面处形成了稳定的氢键,有机相与无机相复合成稳定的核壳结构的粒子。
【Abstract】 The reaction extent of organic phase,as well as the degree of hydrolysis and condensation reactions of inorganic phase of polyurethane material,was examined by means of 1H-NMR.The results show that the hydrogen-bond forms between the shell material polyurethane and the core material silicon dioxide.The organic phase and the inorganic phase are compounded to steady particles which have core/shell structure.
