乙酸木质素改性聚氨酯材料的制备及热力学性能研究
Study on Acetic Acid Lignin Modified Polyurethane and Its Thermodynamic Property
【摘要】 试验采取乙酸制浆法对多枝桉木片进行蒸煮,并提取了蒸煮废液中的木质素。采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析了乙酸木质素的化学结构和相对分子量分布。用得到的乙酸木质素(AAL)对传统的聚氨酯材料进行了改性,采用TG和DSC热力学实验对改性聚氨酯材料的热力学性质进行了研究。结果表明,添加的乙酸木质素很好地参与了反应,与聚氨酯材料在分子结构尺度上成为了一个整体。同时,木质素的添加可以明显改善聚氨酯材料的热力学性能。
【Abstract】 Acetic acid lignin(AAL) was isolated from Eucalyptus viminalis by acetic acid pulping.The structure and molecular weight distribution of AAL were characterized by FT-IR and GPC.And the lignin was employed as a raw material for the modified experiments of the traditional polyurethane.The thermodynamic performance tests were carried out for the modified polyurethane materials.The results showed that they were homogeneous in macrostructure,and the added lignin involved in the reaction of polyurethane’s synthesis.Furthermore,it can be found that the addition of lignin could improve the thermodynamic properties of polyurethane material.
