无衍射激光图像全程定中方法研究
Study on a center fitting method for non-diffraction beam images at all distance
【摘要】 为了解决工程实际应用中经常用作直线基准的无衍射激光图像的定中问题,提出了一个无衍射激光图像的全程定中方法。该方法根据无衍射激光图像在不同距离具有不同特征的特点,先将图像按特征分类,再采用相应的方法定中。介绍了图像分类方法和不同类型的光斑图像定中方法。详细介绍了基于局域最小亮度的靶状无衍射激光图像边缘检测方法。用640 pixel×480 pixel、光靶分辨率为0.050 4 mm/pixel的摄像机,在不同距离各拍取50幅图像,处理结果表明,该方法图像分类准确,速度快,精度高且抗噪声性能好。
【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problem of center fitting for non-diffraction beam images frequently used as line reference in engineering application,a center fitting method for non-diffraction beam images at all distance is proposed.Based on the fact that the non-diffraction beam image has different characteristics at different distance,the method classifies the images and then center-fits them with corresponding processes.A classification method for all types of image and a center fitting method for spot-type images were introduced and an edge detection for target-type images based on local minimum intensity was presented in detail.Images were taken at different distance and 50 samples at each distance with a camera(640 pixel×480 pixel and 0.050 4 mm/pixel as resolution of the target) and the result of the processing shows that the method is correct in images classification,fast in speed,accurate in center fitting and robust against noise.
