【摘要】 目的建立舒筋活血片的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对狗脊进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对舒筋活血片中4-甲氧基水杨醛进行含量测定。色谱条件:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(体积比45∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为278 nm。结果TLC色谱中,在与狗脊对照药材相应位置显相同颜色的斑点。HPLC色谱中,4-甲氧基水杨醛在0.048~0.968μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.86%,RSD为1.34%(n=6)。舒筋活血片中4-甲氧基水杨醛平均含量为0.40 mg/片。结论狗脊的鉴别方法专属性强,4-甲氧基水杨醛的含量测定方法简便、准确,可为舒筋活血片的质量控制标准的提高提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Shujinhuoxue tablets.Methods TLC was used for the identification of Woodwardia japonica.4-methoxysalicylaldehyde in the tablets was analyzed by HPLC.Samples were analyzed on an ODS-C18 column using methanol-0.1% phosphate(45∶55) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength 278 nm.Results It presented Dots from the tablets had the same color and position as control material when using TLC the identify the samples.The linear range of 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde was 0.048-0.968 μg with average recovery of 100.86%,RSD of 1.34%.The average concentration of 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde in one piece of tablet was 0.40 mg.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Shujinhuoxue tablets.更多还原
