【摘要】 目的建立芹菜降脂胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别芹菜胶囊中的芹菜甲素、芹菜素;采用高效液相色谱法测定胶囊中二者的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出了芹菜甲素、芹菜素;芹菜甲素平均回收率为98.90%(n=6),RSD=1.9%;芹菜素平均回收率为97.97%(n=6),RSD=1.8%。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制芹菜降脂胶囊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard for Qincaijiangzhi capsules.Methods Thin Layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were used to identify and determine butylphthalide and apigenin in Qincaijiangzhi capsules.Results Average recovery rate for butylphthalide:98.90%(n=6),RSD=1.9%;and average recovery rate for apigenin:97.97%(n=6),RSD=1.8%.Conclusion The method was reliable,accurate and specific,and could be used in quality control of Qincaijiangzhi capsules.更多还原
