大黄附子汤的镇痛作用和对阳虚便秘动物肠运动的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨大黄附子汤对实验动物的镇痛和对阳虚便秘动物肠运动的作用。方法通过小鼠冰乙酸扭体试验,观察该方的镇痛作用;应用山西白醋加活性炭冰水法制作阳虚便秘动物模型。观察大黄附子汤对阳虚便秘小鼠的排便时间、排便量、小肠推进作用的影响和对大鼠在体回肠活动的影响。结果大黄附子汤中、高剂量有显著的镇痛作用;阳虚便秘动物肠运动试验中,大黄附子汤各剂量组与模型组比较,各组动物的首粒排便时间显著缩短,3 h内排便粒数显著增加,小肠推进率明显提高;在给药10~15 min后,在体回肠蠕动明显增强。结论大黄附子汤对实验动物有明显的通便和镇痛作用,其通便作用可能与大黄附子汤促进动物肠肌运动有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction on bowel movement of animals with constipation due to yang asthenia and its analgesic effects.Methods To observe analgesic effects of Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction with abdominal constriction test induced by acetic acid in mice.And to observe the effects of Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction on the time and number of excreting stool,gastrointestinal movement,ileum peristalsis in rats in vivo.Results Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction at moderate and high doses had significant analgesic effects.Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction could remarkably increase stools number and small intestine movement,and shorten the time of the first defecation of granular feces in the treatment groups.And within 10-15 min after administration,ileum peristalsis obviously increased in rats.Conclusion Rhei Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction had defecation and analgesic effects that could be linked to increased intestinal motility.
